I've used Global Rentals to project manage renovations to my flats and manage my rental property in Orewa and on all occasions have found them to be thoroughly professional. They take a very structured approach to manage my flat and I can rest assured that not only the tenants know what is expected of them, but a property that will be well maintained.

As Property Managers they ensure the rent's been paid and complete routine Inspections. Using Global Rentals, I see that I'm getting value for money. By having a well-defined management area, they are offering me a personal service not available from large franchises. On top of that, by keeping rents to a market level (which I admit that I fail to do), its a bonus. I can't recommend Global Rentals enough.
